This resource highlights how local and regional governments are shaping more ambitious and inclusive national climate plans, and serves as a showcase of practical examples of multilevel cooperation already driving implementation worldwide. It includes the CHAMP Coalition, Subnational Transition Plans, Town Hall COPs, and the Finance Your Cities Country Platforms for Localizing Finance (FYC CPLFs).
