Technical Consultant – Pilot 3 (Individual) - Argentina (English)
ICLEI seeks an individual consultant to improve the functionalities of UrbanTrips, ensuring it meets the specific needs of Argentine national and subnational governments while aligning with ACCESS Consortium requirements. The goal is to provide a robust data analysis platform for evidence-based public policy that meets the project objectives in line with Pilot 3. In addition, the consultant should support the implementation of UrbanTrips in other ACCESS countries.

ICLEI busca contratar a un/a consultor/a individual para mejorar las funcionalidades de UrbanTrips, asegurando que satisfaga las necesidades específicas de los gobiernos nacionales y subnacionales de Argentina, en línea con los requisitos del Consorcio ACCESS. El objetivo es proveer una plataforma robusta de análisis de datos para la formulación de políticas públicas basadas en datos, en consonancia con los objetivos del Piloto 3. Además, el/la consultor/a deberá apoyar la implementación de UrbanTrips en otros países del proyecto ACCESS.
