This document presents the Community Action Plan (CAP) developed for two neighborhood groups in Izmir as part of the climate Resilience for Communities (CRC) project. Drawing on extensive data collection and participatory engagement with key stakeholders, the report outlines climate vulnerabilities identified and the co-designed CAP interventions aimed at strengthening resilience against floods and heatwaves, serving as a practical roadmap for climate adaptation and a model for scaling resilience efforts city-wide.
