Join us for the second Local Governments and Municipal Authorities (LGMA) all-Constituency briefing of 2026 “Navigating a shifting climate landscape: The LGMA Constituency at the Bonn Climate Talks.” The briefing looks ahead to SB64 and what the mid-year climate negotiations mean for local and regional governments. Against a shifting global backdrop, from the outcomes of Santa Marta to the emerging shape of COP31, this session will help Constituency members and partners understand the 2026 climate agenda and identify where to engage.
Constituency members leading LGMA’s collective advocacy will share updates on priority themes including climate finance, just transition and multilevel governance, with a focus on concrete entry points ahead of the Bonn Climate Talks in June.
