ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability is a global network working with more than 2,500 local and regional governments committed to sustainable urban development.
The class is the 3rd collaborating program between ICLEI KCC and ICDF as part of Making Cities Resilient series. This year the class is themed “Sustainable Water Management for Water-Stressed or Rainfall-Extreme Cities”, focusing on water circularity in the urban system and new water resources. Taiwan cities' experience of water management under extreme rainfalls, including Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung were showcased and visited .
