The class is the 3rd collaborating program between ICLEI KCC and ICDF as part of Making Cities Resilient series. This year the class is themed “Sustainable Water Management for Water-Stressed or Rainfall-Extreme Cities”, focusing on water circularity in the urban system and new water resources. Taiwan cities' experience of water management under extreme rainfalls, including Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung were showcased and visited .

Measured, quantitative outcomes / project impact
The module focused on practices, policies and innovations on sustainable water management at municipal level, particularly on city solutions to address rainfall extremes and water stress. ICLEI KCC delivered modules planning, coordinated with city speakers and promoted ICLEI Resilient Cities agenda.
