What we did

Municipalities and counties in the Tampa Bay Florida Region are looking to improve CAP efforts. However, many Florida municipalities are not yet prepared to take on community wide efforts, so many prefer to start at the local government level. This cohort introduced them to the LGO inventory and prepared them for the next steps of Government operations climate action planning.

What we achieved

ICLEI USA led cohort sessions, provided necessary materials/guidance, and provided municipality specific technical support. All of which support the completion of various government operations inventories. We did this by facilitating our cohort structure.
