What we did
Hwaseong City needed to pioneer public transportation strategies that would effectively respond to significant transportation trends, including the Fourth Industrial Revolution, demographic transitions, the COVID-19 pandemic, and climate change. Of particular interest to the city government was the formulation of a comprehensive policy framework designed to proactively anticipate shifts in transportation preferences attributable to carbon neutrality imperatives, population decline, and the rapid evolution of information and communication technology (ICT).
