This document was prepared by the Government of the State of Ceará through the
Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Change / Sustainable Development
Coordination (CODES, in the Brazilian acronym) in partnership with ICLEI – Local
Governments for Sustainability. This is the final report of the Greenhouse Gas
Emissions Inventory (IEGEE, in the Brazilian acronym) for the state of Ceará,
covering the period from 2018 to 2023.
