This report assesses how community resilience changed in two neighborhoods of İzmir, Türkiye, after the first cycle of the Climate Resilience for Communities (CRC) project. Using the Climate Resilience Measurement for Communities (CRMC) tool, it compares new data with the T0 baseline. Flood resilience in Pazaryeri rose from 29 to 44 out of 100, and heatwave resilience in İmariye rose from 31 to 46. The report reviews interventions such as flood barriers, a Neighborhood Committee and a climate-resilient greenhouse. It closes with lessons learned and recommendations for wider use across Türkiye.
