Climate Resilience Plan – Betio Town Council

This council-wide plan expands on the Climate and Covid Resilience Plan, integrating climate and pandemic resilience into BTC’s governance. It outlines risks, vulnerabilities, and prioritized actions including coastal protection, water security, and sustainable food systems. The plan aligns with national policies and emphasizes multi-level governance, community participation, and partnerships. It will guide Betio Urban Council’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan and support funding proposals and implementation efforts.
