Under the theme “Stronger national climate plans through multilevel action”, the Daring Cities 2025 Report captures how local, regional, and national leaders came together through the Bonn Dialogues and Virtual Forum to bridge policy and implementation, advance initiatives such as CHAMP and Town Hall COPs, and place cities at the heart of climate governance.
A core element of the report is the Compendium of Good Practices, which brings together over 30 concrete case studies and practical resources, demonstrating how locally led action can directly inform NDCs 3.0 and deliver national and global impact. Together, the report and compendium offer inspiration and actionable insights for turning climate ambition into results on the ground.
