This knowledge product examines the concept of ‘positive energy buildings’ as an ambitious goal for local and regional governments in Southeast Asia. In addition, it seeks to adapt the concept to Indonesia specifically, providing a number of practical measures that can be adopted by various Indonesian stakeholders to further develop a more efficient and renewables-integrated buildings sector, including public buildings.
