Further to the developed Tool-kit to enhance Unlocking Public-Private Partnerships, the BEP Project on this basis also developed this training module to effectively build local government capacities.
The training module is specifically aimed at supporting local and regional governments in Benin and globally, to use public-private partnerships and accessing carbon finance to develop renewable energy projects for energy access.
