Finance Consultant to develop Feasibility Study for 2 projects (EU SWITCH Asia Circular Textiles Project)

ICLEI World Secretariat seeks to appoint an individual expert or a company, herein the ‘Consultant,’ to develop (English and Chinese) a feasibility study in the EU SWITCH Asia project: Transitions to circular economy practices in textile and apparel Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) along the lifecycle in Huzhou and Shaoxing. This feasibility study, as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR), aims to support and guide a total of 2 projects from MSMEs to access finance.

Consultancy services to support capacity building for local and regional governments in Malaysia

ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability is seeking a consultant to conduct three trainings (two in-person/hybrid, one virtual) in Melaka, Malaysia. These trainings will be developed under the RENEW-SEA Project, funded by the Tara Foundation, which supports subnational governments in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand) in advancing the sustainable energy transition. The project aims to equip local governments with strong plans to scale up renewable energy and improve energy efficiency, contributing to national net-zero goals.
