Officer, Resilient Development

ICLEI World Secretariat, based in Bonn, Germany, is seeking an expert to join the Resilient Development Team. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering the Urban Adaptation Finance Facility (UAFF) project across cities in Latin America and the Caribbean. Responsibilities include supporting climate risk assessments, project preparation and financing processes, and organizing capacity-building activities. The position also contributes to proposal development, partnership building, and advancing ICLEI’s global resilient development portfolio.

Development of a knowledge product on sustainable energy use in public buildings for local and regional governments

Under the RENEW-SEA project, ICLEI World Secretariat seeks a service provider to develop a knowledge product on sustainable energy use in public buildings. The product will examine the applicability of the Public Energy Buildings (PEBs) concept in the Southeast Asian context, with a particular focus on Malaysia and Indonesia, and will serve as a practical guide for implementation.

WordPress Website Development for the Urban Adaptation Financing Facility (UAFF) project

Under the UAFF project, ICLEI World Secretariat seeks a service provider to develop a new project website for the Urban Adaptation Financing Facility (UAFF), building on the structure and experience of its existing “brother project” website: https://uiif-resilience.org/.

The website will serve as a clear, institutional and easy-to-navigate online presence, presenting the project’s objectives, activities, participating cities, partners and key resources.
