Former Mayor, Seoul Metropolitan Government, Republic of Korea Park was the Mayor of Seoul, Republic of Korea. He had a background in international law and had served as the Executive Director of several national foundations. From 1995 to 2002, he was the Secretary General for the People’s Solidarity for a participatory Democracy.
