ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability, the Quéebec Government, the Catalonian Government, UCLG, UNEP, WWF, C40 Cities, Global Cities Hub, and partners will be advocating at INC4 for local and subnational governments to be included in the ‘international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution, including in the marine environment’. To ensure that local and subnational governments are concretely included in the instrument more work around advocacy is needed, and we need your help to ensure this is a success!
