The Local Governments and Municipal Authorities (LGMA) Constituency will host its third all-Constituency briefing of 2026, bringing together experts from across the Constituency who are leading collective advocacy on priority themes, alongside members of the Steering Committee. The briefing will walk participants through the LGMA Joint Position and guidance for negotiators ahead of COP31, including the opportunity to endorse the Position and how it will be used to advance the Constituency’s goals at COP31 and beyond.
