Established in 1999, ICLEI Oceania works collaboratively with cities and regions, alongside a range of partners, to co-develop and implement on-the-ground projects, build capacity, develop knowledge products and tools, amplify the voices of local leaders on the global stage, and support local and subnational governments in mainstreaming sustainability into policies and planning.
In 2025, ICLEI Oceania launched its new satellite office in Suva, Fiji, further strengthening ICLEI’s work across the Pacific Islands. This milestone underscored our commitment to sustainability, climate resilience, and regional collaboration across the Pacific.
