Implementation guide for accelerated climate action – Opportunities for effective multilevel governance and action

This Guide is part of ICLEI’s GreenClimateCitiesTM (GCC) Program, addressing approaches and opportunities to accelerate climate action through multilevel governance and action, as enablers. The Guide is globally relevant to all levels and tiers of government, as well as to all stakeholders working with government. It focuses on different approaches and mechanisms as opportunities for coordination and collaboration. A range of examples are presented as globally relevant initiatives, such as the Coalition for High Ambition Multilevel Partnerships (CHAMP) for Climate Action.
