Walkability and cyclability assessment methodology

This resource serves as a diagnostic tool to assess walkability and cyclability at three levels: city, neighborhood, and specific site, offering a comprehensive assessment methodology for urban areas in the Global South.
Under ICLEI’s “Sparking Active Mobility Actions for Climate-Friendly Cities -SPARK project, this methodology is being implemented in Pasig City and Quezon City, Philippines. Based on the assessment, the project will launch tactical urbanism interventions and provide policy guidance on active mobility.
