How we are tracking
1. Strengthened understanding of systemic governance, transition planning, and intervention design for climate neutrality.
2. Shared good practice examples from Kaohsiung and Community of Practice cities.
3. Draft transition pathways per city or cluster, linking shifts, interventions, and indicators.
4. Enhanced capacity to track and communicate progress toward local climate goals and insights on creating a narrative for their climate action.
5. Completed transition maturity assessments for each participating city, providing a clear baseline of CAP alignment, readiness, and improvement areas.
6. Two to three refined intervention concepts per group, co-created from AI-generated ideas and validated through collaborative discussion.
7. Documented reflections on the value, feasibility, and ethical considerations of using AI to support climate action planning.
