The problem of climate change around the world makes it necessary to rethink the routes to reach the objectives, which is why it is important to exchange solutions and different perspectives of the challenges in the different regions to achieve it in less time. Collaboration between cities in the region helps to strengthen commitments and provide additional support to achieve local objectives.
