The Retrofit of Muhanga Community Centres pilot project aims to strengthen flood risk mitigation by deploying solar water heaters, solar PV panels, rainwater harvesting, and water purification systems across 17 health care centres and 12 sector offices in Muhanga, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery for the community during emergencies.
