What we did

ICLEI USA staff receive many email questions and requests for calls to answer common questions around the use of its GHGI tool, ClearPath Pro. A weekly office hours was created so that staff could answer questions and provide support in a more efficient manner.

What we achieved

ICLEI USA provides an office hours session (one hour) every week to support members who are using ClearPath Pro and/or working on GHG inventories and forecasting. Each week, ~2-5 members attend and ask questions related to inventory protocols, data collection issues, or ensuring that they are properly filling out entries on the ClearPath Pro website.
