ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability is a global network working with more than 2,500 local and regional governments committed to sustainable urban development.
The project is designed to work with the three Japanese cities and a city in France (Paris) and the United States (Austin) to quantify the climate, air quality, health and other benefits of climate actions and incorporate those assessments into city climate and other relevant policies.
